Hopper Level Controller

The Hopper Level Controller maintains Level of Material in the Hopperof Tube Filling Machines.The Controller measures the level of Material and accordingly turns on/off the transfer pump.
Additional Function to Stop the Machine in case material Level falls below the Allowable Low Level (Ultrasonic Input type Only).
Available in 230VAC / 24VDC supply type,as well as Ultrasonic Sensor (Analog type)and Photo Sensor (Digital Type).

Fail Safe design:In case the sensor fails, the pump will not start and thus prevent overflow condition.
