E-Cam or Electronic Cam Controller is primarily used in TubeFilling machines. Based on feedback from a Rotary Encoder, Solenoid valves can be turned ON and OFF at exact specified degrees. This is a replacement for traditional method of switching valves using mechanical cams or Proximity switches. This Controller has several advantages as below.

Benefits of using E-Cam Controller:

No-Tube No-Operation feature on all stations such as Filling, Sealing, Trimming, Ejection.
ON / OFF timings of valves can be changed on the fly.
A set of values can be saved and recalled on product change. Hence faster product changeover, as mechanical re-setting of the cam is eliminated.
24VDC Solenoid valves can be directly connected to the controller, eliminating the need of relay card and hence relay failures.
